visualize displacement-based results based on nodal values

Hi Steve - as we discussed today during our conference call with Ahmet, I think it would make sense to allow the user to visualize and quantify (e.g, with TrackView) nodal-based kinematic measurements. Since all kinematic measures, including all strain-based quantities, are derived based on nodal displacements, and these nodal displacements are passed from FEBio to PostView unaltered, it is possible to calculate nodal values of all kinematic measures for interpolation and plotting.

This is in contrast to the current approach, which I believe either calculates an average value over the element and then projects this value back to the nodes for plotting, or evaluates the kinematic quantity at the center of the element and then projects these values back to the nodes of the element... can't remember which is done.

Cheers,

Jeff
